Tenge — Terms of Use
Tenge is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). The sections below add what is specific to Tenge: the subscription and the exchange rates.
License
Your use of Tenge is governed by the Standard EULA. Tenge is made by Oh, just another! (“I”, “me”), a team of one person, who is the licensor under that agreement.
Subscription
- Tenge requires an active auto-renewable subscription: monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a free trial; its length is shown on the plan button (“1 week free, then …”). If you buy a subscription during the trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or from the rate panel in the app (“Manage Subscription”). Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its Media Services Terms. Refund requests go to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Exchange rates
Rates in Tenge are indicative reference values from public sources (Frankfurter, with exchange-api as a fallback), updated daily and cached on your device. They are provided for information only: banks, exchange offices and card issuers apply their own rates and fees, and the numbers in the app may be out of date while you are offline. Don’t rely on Tenge alone for financial decisions.
No warranty
As set out in the Standard EULA, Tenge is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I am not liable for losses arising from the use of exchange rates shown in the app.
Privacy
Tenge collects no personal data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page and the effective date above will change.
